Creating Clones

More data is being shown on DNA now. Although this appears to still have problems right now. Here are two shots of Faamba DNA. On the left is DNA gathered in the last two days, on the right is some from tonight. Before tonight DNA was still only showing the Stats we are used to. t would seem all of this should be shown on a single sample. 

As we know, all the DNA templates have been removed and replaced with a single Generic DNA Template.

I'll include more shots of the experimentation process later, but really this hasn't changed much yet. Specials aren't shown in this step, but appears to be controlled by what specials are in which slots. The BE's on TC are still working to pin this down. Once we figure out how to do it, I'm guessing a knowledgeable BE will be able to know what slots to fill to get the desired specials on a clone. 

Resists are a bit tougher, it's clear from initial testing that the resists on the dna combine to produce the resists on the clone, but the exact method has yet to be determined. 

The next step is the final clone combine. Currently there is no experimentation in this step. We're not sure yet if this is intentional or not but I'm trying to find out. I will note that the resists all seem to jump during this step of the process. I was getting clones with 7 resist from dna templates with no resist. 

Here you see a shot of the Final Clone Combine. you'll note the components have not changed and also the formulas are no longer visible. Again, not sure if this is intended or not. 

Once you hit next you are shown the results of the combine along with all the attacks. This clone was made with all gnort dna so does not list any specials. The resists were all 0 during the template construction so appear to have come from this step. I've been using the same resources and getting consistent results, so it would appear that the better the resources used are, the more resists are added.

Hitting next brings you to the final step, it is here that color is chosen. Some clones have a wide choice of colors while other have fewer depending on the skin used.

 

This Huurton was made entirely of diseased nuna DNA.

The Rancor was made of Faamba DNA. Note the CL. Rancor Clones made with Newbie DNA were also CL 35. It appears that clones with a low level limit are set to the minimum level regardless of whether the stats qualify for the CL or not. 

This Shear Mite was made with a mix of Gualama dna dna domestic tusk cat dna.

This bocatt was made entirely with Murra DNA.
